All orders placed after 28 October 2024 can be returned until 15 January 2025 πŸŽπŸŽ„

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order (unless otherwise specified above). Remember that the goods must be in unused condition, with the original labels and hangtags still on.

How to return your item:

  1. Register your return

Visit OUR RETURN PORTAL before sending the package back. Have your order number (e.g. EN10000) and your email address ready, as you will need them.

  1. Receive return instructions

Once you have registered your return online and stated the reason you are sending the item back, you will receive an email with return instructions.

  1. Dispatch

Send your package to the address given in the email.

Please note that the package must be sent, with a carrier of your choice, directly to the address specified in the email – not to a parcel shop. You are responsible for payment of your return. We recommend that you always return your purchase with a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt about whether the parcel has been received by MUNTHE. We do not take responsibility for lost return packages.

Upon returning products, the parcel must contain the return form provided by us. The return form can be found alongside your purchase

Exchanges

We want to make your return process as simple as possible. All items returned within the deadline will be refunded to the payment method used when ordering. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the current item and place a new order for the desired variant.

How long does it take?

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible - generally within a few days. During peak periods with many orders, such as during sales, it can take up to a week. You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return.

Return slip

When returning goods, please include the return slip that was included in the package when you received your order. This helps us to ensure that we can correctly and quickly associate the return package with your order.

Items that have been worn, altered, washed or are missing their hang tags cannot be returned.
