We have gathered the most frequently asked questions while shopping online at MUNTHE.com. However, if you are still not able to find a satisfying answer, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service by either phone +45 33 32 00 12 or mail shop@munthe.com.

IS VAT/TAX INCLUDED IN THE LISTED PRICES?

All listed prices already include VAT/TAX. No extra costs will be added on our end. If you live outside of the EU additional taxes or custom fees may be applied by the authorities in your country.

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Make sure to check your spam filter in case you have not received the email.


HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER STATUS?

You will receive another email from us once your order is packed and sent. This email will inform you of a 'track and trace' number, alongside the shipping service used to deliver your package.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

It is not possible to change an already existing order. Therefore, you have to cancel the existing order, after which we will refund the amount used in the transaction. Afterward, you will be able to make a new order with the desired items.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is always possible to cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped yet. In order to do so, just reply to the email you received containing your order confirmation.


CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD ONLINE?

If your gift card is purchased at munthe.com, you can use it online by entering the code after you have placed your items in the basket. If the gift card is issued to one of our stores, it can only be redeemed there.


HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay by Dankort, Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. The amount will be deducted from your account once the item is ready for dispatch. On MUNTHE.COM we encrypt all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that any unauthorized persons will not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. However, MUNTHE reserves the right to transfer the amount of the purchase through a bank transfer to Sydbank. The order is only shipped once the bank transfer has been received.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. At MUNTHE, we typically ship your purchase within 1-3 business days in Denmark and within 3-5 workdays on international orders / outside Denmark.

However, keep in mind that GLS does not deliver packages on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 11 AM will be sent the following Monday.

We keep stock on all items you may find on MUNTHE.com or at our stores. In the unlikely event that an item should be sold out or an error may occur in our stock status, we will do our best to get it to you as fast as possible. However, some additional delivery time might befall those orders and if so, we will contact you to let you know.


CAN I SUBMIT AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Yes. No problem. Orders made at EN.MUNTHE.COM will be processed in € Euro. Orders made at MUNTHE.COM, our Danish site, will be processed in DKK.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To return the order:
  1. Simply fill out the return form which can be found in the package alongside your purchase. Unable to locate it? Do not worry. You can also find the RETURN FORM here. Simply print and fill it out.
  2. Pack the goods securely before returning them.
  3. Return the goods to the following shipping address.

Please note that you are responsible for the package returned to MUNTHE. Therefore, we always recommend that you send it as a package with GLS or another trustworthy shipping provider, which can supply you with a track and trace number. Upon receiving the package we will refund the money to the card used for payment. If you want to exchange your purchase for a new item, just make a new order via MUNTHE.com


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR THE RETURN ORDER?

Upon receiving your return order, it typically takes 1-2 days before you receive the money again on the same card you used for the payment.


CAN A PURCHASE AT MUNTHE.COM BE RETURNED THE STORE?

You are always welcome to return a purchase from MUNTHE.com in our flagship store in Copenhagen. Please note that the store will not be able to refund your payment, directly. You will typically receive the refund within 3-4 business days after your return. The payment is returned to the same means of payment used for the order. Our MUNTHE MARKET store in Aarhus does not accept returns.


HOW DO I EXCHANGE A GIFT?

You can exchange/return a gift using the same procedure as regular orders - please see the question; 'HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER' above. Just let us know the name of the person who bought your gift. You are able to return your gift/purchase within 14 days.


CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD AT MUNTHE.COM

Yes, you can easily buy a gift card at MUNTHE.com. The gift card is upon purchase available for print and ready to accompany a gentle card, making it a perfect gift for someone you care about.


I HAVE A COMPLAINT AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE USE OF MY WARRANTY

As a customer, you are of course entitled to your warranty on any products that have errors or on any omissions that were present when the item was received. Complaints are valid for 2 years after the date of purchase and include fabrication and material defects. Any discrepancy between MUNTHE and the customer is subject to Danish law.
